Two HRACO scholarships will be awarded in early 2008 in the amount of $2000 each. These scholarships are awarded based on a number of factors, including:

• academic performance
• demonstrated leadership
• Human Resources related experience
• extracurricular activities
• career goals
• overall presentation capabilities

In order to be considered eligible for a scholarship, the following requirements must be met:

• Must be a full-time student
• Must be pursuing a course of study related to the Human Resources field
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA in your major, with a minimum of 2.75 overall
• Prior HRACO scholarship recipients are not eligible
• Submittal of all documentation by 12/31/2007
• Must attend one of the following schools:
  • Capital University
  • Columbus State Community College
  • DeVry Institute of Technology
  • Denison University
  • Franklin University
  • The Ohio State University
  • Otterbein College

In order to be fully considered, you must also complete and submit PDF versions of the following documents (all documents are limited to a maximum of 1MB each):

• an essay questionnaire (download the PDF template here, save it to you local computer, fill out the PDF and then save the file again---this will be the file you upload on the next page next to the "Essay" label)
• a resume
• two (2) written letters of recommendation from employers and/or professors (these can be scanned in and attached)

Once you have the four documents listed above, click the "Ready to Apply" button below in order to provide some basic information, upload the PDF documents, and submit the information to the Application Committee.
