** Online registration for monthly meetings ends the Friday before the week of the meeting for headcount purposes. If you want to register after that date please email the Executive Director (executivedirector@hraco.org). Cancellations for full refund must be emailed to the Executive Director 3 business days before a meeting. If you cancel after that date you can send someone else in your place by emailing the Executive Director with the name of the person who is attending. Regardless, you will be invoiced for the meeting fee if payment has not been received before the event. Earlybird registration is ONLY for members of HRACO who have paid for the meetings in advance.
